David Spencer was born in 1945 in Snakebite, North Carolina, and raised in Alexandria, Virginia. He now resides in Maryland. A lifelong student of human behavior, David earned his degree in Business Administration with a minor in Psychology from Bowie State University. His passion for understanding people has shaped every chapter of his life—as an author, producer, host, and creative storyteller. David’s first book, PERCEPTIONS Part I, began with real-life conversations and evolved into a powerful collection of ten fictional female characters, each based on interviews exploring how women see themselves, others, and the world. It offers readers a unique and personal look at human relationships and perception.
